Welcome to CRAFLE CONSULTING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (“CCIPL,”“we” and “us”).

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of CCIPL’s Website (the platform), located in Mumbai. www.crafleconsulting.com and accessing other services from CCIPL. By accessing or using the platforms and our services, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and all terms incorporated herein by reference. It is your responsibility, as the user, to read the Terms & Conditions before proceeding to use this platform. If you do not expressly agree to all of the Terms & Conditions, then please do not access or use our platforms or services.

“User/s,” “Client,” “You,” “Candidate” and “Your” refer to you, the person who logs on to this website or avails of the services of CCIPL, and shall be compliant with CCIPL’s Terms & Conditions. “Client” specifically refers to corporate entities availing of our corporate and related services. “Candidates” specifically refers to individuals availing themselves of our placement and related services.

We take your patronage seriously, and hence the following Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) are a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our users and others that may interact or interface with us and our subsidiaries and affiliates in association with the use of the Platform and our services, which shall be defined below.

Access to our platform and our services and restrictions:

We are very happy to have you make use of our platform and our services and to facilitate an enjoyable experience. It is important that, when you use this platform and our services, you warrant that you will not use the same for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms & Conditions. You understand and agree that if you violate any of these Terms & Conditions, your authorisation to use the same automatically terminates, and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials shared by us either via platform or any other mode of communication.

You represent and warrant that you are availing of our services in an individual capacity if you are availing of such services as a candidate. If you are availing of the services in your capacity as a representative of a client, you have the express authority to enter into a contract with us on behalf of such a client.

You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in relation to the service you avail from us. In case where you are under the age of majority, you shall access our services only under the supervision of a legal guardian who can enter into a contract on your behalf.

Services offered:

  1. The Platform:
    1. crafleconsulting.com is our platform, providing you with information regarding all services offered by us along with all related specifications and requirements to be able to avail each service.
  2. Recruitment:
    1. Once a candidate shares their resume with us and elects to make it active on our system, we may share your information with prospective employers. Once the resume is shared, we do not have control over or access to the use of your resume or information by such third parties.
    2. Best-fit resumes are shared with prospective employers. Once the resumes are shortlisted, the same selected candidate is advanced to the interview stage.
    3. Employers may connect with the candidate once the candidate is shortlisted or selected for a prospective job.
    4. Feedback on the resume and interview is shared with the candidate, along with other updates.
    5. You, as a candidate, would never be charged for this process.
  3. Career Counselling:
    1. If a candidate wishes to make a career in the corporate professional industry, they can avail themselves of our career counselling services.
    2. This would include consultation via phone, or zoom, or any other technologies available for an optimum result.
    3. This is a paid service.
  4. Resume Writing:
    1. Resume-development service that helps the candidate prepare resumes and make an impact on prospective employers.
    2. You own all of the content, feedback, and personal information you provide to us, but you also grant us a non-exclusive license to it. This right includes a worldwide, transferable, and sub licensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process information and content that you provide through our services, without any further consent, notice, or compensation to you or others. You agree that we may access, store, and use any information that you provide in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.
    3. This is a paid service.
  5. HR Services To Clients:
    1. We provide services pertaining to the recruitment process, which can be outsourced to us (RPO) for contract, temporary and permanent staff requirements.
    2. We offer all payroll services for our client’s employees.
    3. This is a paid service.
  6. Corporate Training:
    1. Our trainers in various corporate topics, processes, and systems are allocated to the client’s location for training.
    2. This is a paid service.
  7. E-learning Courses:
    1. Job Interview Preparation Skills Training.
    2. English Communication Enhancement Training.
    3. Cabin Crew Interview Preparation Training.
    4. Customer Service Skills Training.
    5. Campus to Corporate Training.
    6. Master The Art of Recruiting.
    7. This is a paid service.
  8. Content Writing:
    1. We offer corporate content writing services to our corporate clients.
    2. This is a paid service.
  9. Graphic Designing:
    1. Our team provides graphic design services including web design, product and merchandise design, logo and branding, print design, art and illustration, image editing, power point, infographics, etc.
    2. This is a paid service.

Refund policy:

The services are non-refundable. Once you avail of any of our services and make the required payment, it shall be final, and there can neither be any changes or modifications to the same nor any refund for the same.

Denial of service:

We reserve the right to refuse service. Service may be refused due to:

  1. Unprofessional behaviour of the candidate or client.
  2. Violation of our Terms & Conditions or any other policy.
  3. Any other reason that makes it impossible for us to continue association with such a candidate or client.
  4. The fee for the service would be refunded to you if we refuse to provide such a service if we have not yet begun to work on providing that service.

Dos and don’ts:

  1. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  2. You will comply with our Terms & Conditions and other policies, like our privacy policy, etc.
  3. You will provide accurate information to us when the same is requested and inform us of any change in the information already provided to us.
  4. You provide us permission to connect with you over the phone (calls, messages and emails). We may connect regarding the job posting and the progress of the recruitment process. Candidate’s prospective employees could also connect with the candidate as well.
  5. You will ensure that you have access to the basic system requirements as detailed in the individual service. These may include reliable internet connectivity, a laptop or computer, a phone or tablet, a webcam, a headset or headphone, microphone, internet browser, video conferencing software as specified in the service description on the platform, etc.
  6. You will maintain professional behaviour at all times during interaction with us and our representatives, whether the interaction are one-on-one or in group. This includes the use of accurate display names matching the name in our records.
  7. You will not misrepresent your identity or that of anyone else if the same is requested of you.
  8. You will not share anyone else’s information with us without their express permission and without our express request.
  9. You will not misrepresent someone else’s copyright material as your own to us.
  10. You will not share obscene, harmful, or inappropriate material with us or any of our other users.
  11. You will not harass or misbehave with any of the employees or representatives of CCIPL either in person, over the phone, by email, or through other form of communication.
  12. You will not have access to any information or services available with us regarding any other user without express permission from us.
  13. You will not Interfere with the operation of, or place an unreasonable load on, the services or website (e.g., spam, denial-of-service attacks, viruses, gaming algorithms).

Proprietary rights:

You understand and agree that our Services and any essential software that may be used in connection with our services shall contain proprietary and confidential material that is protected by applicable intellectual property rights and other laws. Therefore, except for that which is expressly permitted by applicable law or as authorized by us or any applicable licensor, you agree not to alter, modify, lease, rent, loan, sell, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly perform, and/or create any plagiaristic works that are based on our services (e.g., content or software), in whole or part.

We permit you to use our platform and other services, as long as you do not, and shall not, yourself or allow any third party to, duplicate, alter, modify, create or plagiarize work from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise make an attempt to locate or discern any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in, and/or otherwise transfer any such right.

You herein acknowledge, understand, and agree that all our trademarks, copyright, trade names, service marks, other logos, brand features, and/or product, and services are trademarks, and as such, are and shall remain our property. You herein agree not to display and/or use in any manner our logo or marks without obtaining our prior written consent.

If you believe content available through the platform infringes a copyright, please provide the following information to the person identified below:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
  4. Information regarding how we may contact you (e.g., mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address);
  5. A statement that the copyright owner or its authorized agent has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and made under penalty of perjury; and, if an agent is providing the notification, a statement that the agent is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Changes to the terms:

We are constantly trying to improve our products and services, so these Terms & Conditions may need to change. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time.

If you don’t agree with the new T&C, you are free to reject them and discontinue the use of the platform or the services. If you use the platform or any of our services in any way after a change to the T&C is effective, that means you agree to all of the changes. 

Except for changes by us as described here, no other amendment or modification of these Terms will be effective unless it is in writing and posted on our platform.

No warranties:

The Platform and our services are provided to you on an “as-is” basis. This means we provide it to you without any express or implied warranties of any kind. That includes any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any warranty that the use of the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Any information or material downloaded or otherwise obtained by way of our services or platform shall be accessed at your sole discretion and sole risk, and as such, you shall be solely responsible for and hereby waive any and all claims and causes of action with respect to any damage to your computer and/or internet access, downloading and/or displaying, or for any loss of data that could result from the download of any such information or material.

Our services offered to a candidate are not a guarantee for placement, though our services offer the candidate an edge over the competition in the aggressive professional industry.

Choice of law:

These Terms are governed by and will be construed under the applicable laws of India, without regard to the conflicts of law’s provisions thereof.

Dispute resolution:

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these terms shall be resolved through the following methods:

  1. An escalation that will be addressed by our representative.
  2. Executive escalation that will be addressed by our senior executive.
  3. Consumer court within the jurisdiction of Mumbai.

Severability:

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated, to the minimum extent necessary, so that these T&C shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and be enforceable.  

Entire agreement:

You agree that these terms are the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding between you and us.
